xrandr не обнаруживает монитор через порт hdmi

Я установил Arch на свой ноутбук, но я не думаю, что эта проблема характерна для Arch. Единственная проблема на данный момент заключается в том, что дисплей, подключенный к порту hdmi, не обнаружен. Например, при запуске из центра управления gnome апплет дисплея затем «обнаруживает» обнаруживает только дисплей ноутбука, даже если второй монитор подключен к ноутбуку через порт HDMI. Я подозреваю, что проблема в том, что xrandr не обнаруживает монитор, подключенный к порту HDMI. Как я могу это исправить?

Я понял; мой сгенерированный xorg.confимел неправильный путь к модулю nvidia и не указал busid. Чтобы узнать busid я использовал:

$ lspci -v

Затем я отредактировал xorg.confтак, чтобы в нем был раздел, похожий на этот:
