Ищите раздел «отключить шаблоны» (примерно на 20% вниз по странице).
Предполагая, что ваши удаленные монтирования являются фиксированными или относительно фиксированными, то есть, /mnt/remote/*или вы можете перечислить их все, вы сможете найти для них регулярное выражение.

Пример по ссылке отключается vcs_infoпри ~/.zsh/:

zstyle ':vcs_info:*' disable-patterns "$HOME/.zsh(|/*)"

Я полагаю, вы могли бы заставить zshrc или его эквивалент (извините - пользователь bash) выяснить, какие из них являются удаленными при запуске (или периодически, или ...), и обновить их zstyleсоответствующим образом.
