Android Canvas.drawText

У меня есть представление, я рисую с помощью объекта Canvas в методе onDraw (Canvas canvas). Мой код:

Paint paint = new Paint();
paint.setColor(Color.WHITE);
paint.setStyle(Style.FILL);
canvas.drawPaint(paint);

paint.setColor(android.R.color.black);
paint.setTextSize(20);
canvas.drawText("Some Text", 10, 25, paint);

Проблема в том, что текст не просвечивает через фон, что я делаю не так? Если я удалю canvas.drawPaint (краска) и paint.setColor (android.R.color.black), вы увидите текст на экране .....

Оказалось, что android.R.color.black не совпадает с Color.BLACK. Изменил код на:

Paint paint = new Paint(); 
paint.setColor(Color.WHITE); 
paint.setStyle(Style.FILL); 
canvas.drawPaint(paint); 

paint.setColor(Color.BLACK); 
paint.setTextSize(20); 
canvas.drawText("Some Text", 10, 25, paint); 

и теперь все работает нормально !!

Следует отметить, что в документации рекомендуется использовать a, Layoutа не Canvas.drawTextнапрямую. Мой полный ответ об использовании StaticLayoutнаходится здесь , но я приведу краткое описание ниже.
